Cincinnati Zoo aligns with ignorance

Apparently, the Cincinnati Zoo is offering some awful deal where people can get into both its attractions and the Creation Museum for the price of one admission.

PZ Myers has a post on his blog on the topic. He has provided contact links for the zoo, along with some encouragement to raise some noise about this anti-science malarkey. The Creation Museum is a joke, but the fact that it has somehow managed to latch its claws into a reputable organization is far from funny.

  1. Good, I just sent a letter approving and told them that Atheists can fuck off.

  2. That’s funny, a troll in winter. I thought you beasties hibernate in the colder seasons.

  3. Wait a minute now!
The Creation Museum is not even a place I would stop to take a whiz, let alone encourage kids to visit. It ranks up there with the landfill as a place to be. What was the Zoo thinking???
    Say it ain’t so!

You know it’s bigots like you that give Faith a bad name.

You’re a hateful person hiding behind a bizarre fairy tale to justify your intolerance and wilful ignorance. You live in fear of what you don’t understand because you’re a tiny-minded coward. You want to smash what lies outside the bounds of what you’ve been told is true because you’re destructive and vengeful and petty.

If the Creation Museum were truly a Christian endeavour they’d write back to you scolding you for your sin of anger… but they aren’t. They’re simply a bunch of frauds and liars looking to fleece the credulous.

  5. Well, I’d certainly be happy to stop there to take a whiz, although I’d never go inside…
