The only thing which can (and does) correctly explain all the dinosaur fossils of Utah and the rest of the world is evolution.

For the Sake of Science 
Not the only thing, more important than evolution, is the time required for fossilization and the time required for sufficient numbers of animals of a given species to die so that we may millions of years later find the fossilized remains. (very, very few animals end up as fossils.)
Time and evolution together give the explanation.
Only means something to the new earth people though, not to most religious.
