Michael holds a BA in Biology with a minor in Philosophy. He likes to spend his free time hiking and defending science, though not usually at the same time. Contrary to popular (but not scientific) belief, the positive and appropriate perception of science is undermined by religion, alternative medicine, the U.S. education system, and most science journalists.
Ì have a question for you: after all these years, do you finaly read a book of the man who you criticized so much: Andreas M. ?
When Moritz wrote his dangerous article where he declared that cancer was not a disease, I called him out for it. He defended himself by saying his article didn’t lay out the entirety of his argument, so it was unfair of me to criticize it. In response, I offered to read and review his book if he sent it to me. He declined with silence. I presume he wasn’t willing to do anything that might not make him a quick buck. As such, no, I have no read his quackery. And now that he has passed away, I see even less utility in reading anything he has written.
