The Internet just became a slightly better place

I don’t know if she is blogging elsewhere (I didn’t find anything), but it appears that Roxeanne de Luca has ceased her blogging. While I hope it isn’t for any reasons of personal tragedy or whathaveyou, I am glad she is no longer clogging up the Internet with crazy falsehoods and anti-science rhetoric.

  2. Like you’re the Flying Spaghetti Monster’s gift to the blogosphere, Mr. “I’m so smart, I take almost a decade to get through college!”.

What’s your obsession with me? You tried to say I was anti-science, got smacked down because I have an engineering degree, and haven’t learned?

Kid, most people make that mistake – mouthing off to someone smarter, more talented, more accomplished, but thinking that the person is a total doofus. Most people then LEARN from the mistake, rather than doubling down on immature and stupid.

There is no evidence that you are more scientific, logical, or smarter than I am. As I keep saying, all evidence points the other way, and your deliberate ignorance of that makes YOU the one who is cray-cray.

  3. For Exhibit A, we have this:

You tried to say I was anti-science, got smacked down because I have an engineering degree, and haven’t learned?

There are creationists with biology degrees, too.

For Exhibit B, we have this:

[T]he Left is more concerned with eliminating traditional family structures than with advancing the well-being of children. What this state has just told paedophiles is that it’s open season on little kids, and if the mother gets creeped out, said paedophile can sue to have visitation with her child.

    Crazy.

There is no evidence that you are more scientific…

I have not once confused the process of development with the subjective definition of humanity. I have never argued that condom use should be discouraged because people are not using them frequently enough to combat infection. I have never claimed that HIV has decreased in South Africa because of greater abstinence only programs and discouraged condom use. I have never told someone that I had been offered no data when not only had a link to a study been provided to me but statistics from said study were used to compose a full three paragraphs. You have done all these things.

    …logical

Only moments ago you argued that you can’t be anti-science because you have a certain degree.

    …or smarter than I am.

You should review the facts that have been presented.

…your deliberate ignorance of that makes YOU the one who is cray-cray.

I’m not the one who thinks it’s a big, left-wing conspiracy that California, along with several other states, wants to make it so that a child can have more than two legal guardians because liberals want to see children molested and otherwise abused.

  4. By the by, I look forward to your first use of a fact.

  5. […] old friend Roxeanne de Luca recently had this to say about her anti-science nature: You tried to say I was anti-science, got smacked down because I have an engineering degree, and […]

  6. My brother suggested I may like this website. He was once entirely right. This publish truly made my day. You cann’t imagine just how a lot time I had spent for this information! Thanks!
